Pablo & Co. collars are lined with soft neoprene which provides a soft layering of cushion & comfort around your pet's neck. With magical themed custom printed neoprene with a breathable mesh lining for quick drying. This harness has fully adjustable polyester webbing neck and chest straps, with the Pablo & Co. branded four point lock buckle for ease of mind, and back alloy D ring for regular walking. Also includes Pablo & Co. sturdy front D-Ring for no pull walking (only available on our XS – M harnesses
