Forbidden Forest Experience opens in Victoria

Harry Potter™: A Forbidden Forest Experience has opened in Australia after seasons in the United Kingdom, United States, and Europeand the season has already been extended throuh to the beginning of June.

This latest Harry Potter event comes on the back of Harry Potter™️: A Yule Ball Celebration in Sydney over winter and Fantastic Beasts™️: The Wonder of Nature exhibition at Melbourne Museum which closed in October.

Organisers Fever (the company behind Harry Potter: A Yule Ball Experience) describe it as “a bewitching journey through a misty forest trail full of magic and wonder” where you will encounter “Hippogriffs and unicorns, and experience breathtaking moments based on scenes from the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films”.

It all takes place after dark in Mount Martha on the Mornington Peninsula south of Melbourne.

Who: Bought to you by Fever, the company responsible for Harry Potter: A Yule Ball Experience in Sydney over winter 2023

What: A magical outdoor experience based on scenes from the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films.

Where: The Briars, Mount Martha, Victoria*

When: It opens on 6th April 2024 with current published dates extending to 9 June 2024.

Tickets: Tickets range in price from $56 to $92, with Saturday night the premium. A few sessions are already sold out thanks to an early release to those on a wait list but there is good availability across the season. However, if you have young children and would prefer an earlier session (the earliest is 6.30pm) you probably should book as soon as possible.

* The Briars is a 20 acre site consisting of a homestead, gardens, a wildlife sanctuary, a public nursery, a public park and other private facilities such as an outdoor education camp. It is jointly owned by the Mornington Peninsula Shire and the National Trust.
